Nothing at all.

The staff was friendly. Fresh water on the room and every day clean. This was our first stop in Indonesia and immediatlly we've got ripped off. If you go to the hotel from the airport take a blue bird taxi or negioate about the price and bring it to 100k - 150k. We paid 350 and thought it was cheap since you don't have a feeling with the amount. Way back we paid 100k. Perfect hotel and good location. The breakfast was very good with all kind of options. I would recommend this hotel to other people.

View from the room was nice. We enjoyed sparks luxe jakarta.

The whole experience was awesome. We really liked the fact that Pasar Baru, a favorite spot of ours, was nearby. Just a short 400 feet away, you'll find Buzz Restaurant, a great option for dining out 🍽️.

Celebrated New Year with great amenities and food, perfect location and friendly staff. Best aspects of my stay at this hotel were the amazing New Year celebration, delicious food, and great amenities. The party atmosphere was contagious, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. The hotel was situated in a prime location that made it easy to explore different places, and the staff was fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and helped us with all our needs.

Noise levels in the room could’ve been lower. The only downside was that the room was a bit noisy, and we could hear sounds from the street.

The Alila is close to Gambir Train Station, airline offices and Merdaka Square. Breakfast is very good, as is the menu in general. Good leisure facilities and comfortable rooms.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast spread was good, and I appreciated the complimentary toiletries and unlimited mineral water. The swimming pool was comfortable and well-maintained, and the location was convenient for visiting the city's tourist attractions.

A big thanks to the staff and in general to the amazing quality of this hotel. My only regret was I couldn't stay longer. The suite was spacious, elegant and the view amazing. We loved the bathroom and we could fully relax and enjoy our stay. Don't change anything

the hotel's location was very convenient as it was located near several restaurants and shops. the rooms were well, appointed and included several amenities such as free Wi, Fi and comfortable beds.
